Oh, insomniacs of world rejoice, someone wants to help us. I'd like to find out which of my bad habits keep me up and waking up all night and this is willing to help me compile the data and answer to myself. You wear a band at night, let it compile your your data in the am, see how much sleep you got, if you woke, how long, how much REM sleep you had, and so on. You can also transfer the info to you computer and upload it to the website to use in a lifestyle journal to see how habits affect sleep. (via Zeo)

wow.... this is basically an at home sleep study machine... you wear a wireless headband that transmits info about your sleep patterns to the base machine, download that to your pc and you get a personalized sleep improvement plan!
