Kashi Puffs are my mainstay breakfast. I have Kashi Puffs w/organic blueberries, dark amber maple syrup, and plain soymilk. Kashi Puffs have a light, nutty flavor, have a good crunch to them, and don't turn into a soggy mess in your cereal bowl.
