Goat's milk is very healthy for our skin because it has whey protein and lactose, which are excellent exfoliators. Goat's milk is also very safe for all skin types and ages because it's pH level is very close to that of human skin. I use Indigo Wild goat's milk soap every day on my combination complexion and my skin has never been smoother or more consistent.

The high amounts of glycerin in this soap give it a nice, creamy lather that doesn't remove moisture from my skin.
