What's not to love about stone-crushed, cold-pressed, decanted and unfiltered California extra-virgin olive oil? I mean, the hyphens alone make it worth seeking out.

Seriously, though.. this is some flavorful stuff. I suppose you could use it to make salad dressings or to cook with, but its best use is drizzled over bruschetta or a bowl of pasta.

This is the best olive oil from California. The flavor changes slightly from year to year, but is always great. This olive oil is raw and unprocessed.
