Seriously. If youâre busy and arenât getting enough greens, down a glass of V8. Itâs an edge!
Real players have real problems. For example; how do avoid looking like a vegetable-eating sucker while getting your daily dose of vitamins and minerals? That's why I drink V8; it's a healthy alternative to pimp slapping your nutritionist and telling that b**** that she's wrong. Preach.
I'm becoming a big fan of these little V8 bottles. You get a serving of vegetables in a tasty, somewhat filling little form. It's essentially tomato juice with small amounts of celery, carrot, etc. It contains a wide variety of NATURAL (not added) vitamins and minerals. And it's only 70 calories, with fiber to boot. Not bad at all, and probably good for your health! Just try not to drink too many a day - most of your veggies should come in, you know, vegetable form. Also it's high on the sodium.
