I'm not sure I see picasso in this dress, but the queen anne neckline (love it!) and the bold raspberry and tan stripes make me adore this spring time dress. It's above the knee and looks like it could survive the transition into summer (make it more casual with a pair of flip flops instead of a cardigan and heels for the spring). I'm a pale girl, but I think the colors in this dress would look nice on someone more tan (and less freakishly pallid than me).
