same thing happened to me as jr!! i am so bummed out about it that i can't even tell you. i've filed a complaint with the better business bureau and i suggest others who have had this problem do the same. so sad, too, because i really love her stuff.

DO NOT place any orders with carrieweston.com. Customer service does not exist. No one will return emails. Purchase her jewelry from one of the stores listed on her website instead. I am so distraught over an order I placed that hasn't arrived and no one will contact me regarding it. P.S. If anyone knows how to reach Carrie Weston besides emailing her, please post it here!
