This stuff is amazing! and a great alternative to Nyquil which normally knocks me out within 30 minutes of ingesting it! I also love the fact that is doesn't taste all medicinal either. OH! and the cool burst sensation is BOMB! my sore throat was nixed in just one day of using this stuff! And it did not knock me out and make me have loopy dreams! I love love LOVE Tylenol Sore Throat!
