For people who are serious about getting in shape and being fit, this is the type of thing that you need to have in case you want to work outside or if you are going out of town and you want to remain physically active. Push up bars are good because they don't bother your wrists like regular palm on the ground push ups do.

I'm a big fan of these. They take a lot of stress off of your hands and wrists in addition to providing a few more inches of depth for you to get an even longer range of motion. These are great for pec development.
