These are the kind of textiles that make me wish I could be a kid again. Luckily I have a daughter I can spoil with things this pretty. Colourful owls and various trees from the forest make up these beautiful cotton sheets in need of a good home. If you're completely stuck for ideas of what to give a child for their birthday this might be a sensible option. Sure older girls might be wishing for something else, but the parents will definitely appreciate it and I'm sure the birthday girl will come to enjoy these.

Adorable bedding by pottery barn and who could resist the little owls. Perfect for spring, still I have a hard time justifying the $60 price tag for a twin set of sheets. Especially when I found a similar patter at Target for just $6 (via Kids ~ Stuff ~ World)
