Blanc Universel is a non-greasy makeup base. It gives your skin a bright, matte finish and can be used it on its own or underneath foundation. It's very easy to put on and you can use it to brighten key points on your face i.e. forehead, under the eyes and chin or use it all over the face. The brightening effect is quite obvious and I've had friends comment on the difference when I wore it.
