This past Saturday, we finally put our old CRT Samsung monitor out to pasture. It was taking up too much room on the small cubicle that we had the computer system set up on and we were looking for a change. So as usual my family put me in charge and I found a beautiful LG 22 widescreen monitor that I thought would do the job.

When I got it home it was a very easy setup, put the base together with a few snaps, click in the monitor, connect the power and cpu cords and wham, bam, it was up and running. The color is simply amazing the way it pops off the screen. Being able to enjoy writing a paper now and not having to squint or see blurry eyed is truly something I welcome.

The monitor also does have sleepy mode, when not in use it will go into standbye mode to conserve energy. Overall a great buy.
