This grill is awesome. It is made from porcelain but lined with stainless steel - so the porcelain doesn't get hot. It comes with a trivet so you can use it tabletop, and the handle is also made from stainless steel so it won't get hot, either. Fun for parties - make yakatori, spanish tapas, grilled veggies - you name it! Then, you can use the bowl for salads or whatever you like when not grilling.
