My mother-in-law loves to bake bread every saturday moring. So, I gave her this recipe. She told me it is the best tasting bread she's ever made. When I asked her why; she wasn't sure at first but later that day she told me that it was probably the combination of the apple and the raison. The texture of both in the same bread and the taste of two sweet but oddly so different kinds of sweet made it so absolutely delicious. I actually trust my mother in law on pretty much everything, but when it comes to baking I trust her the most. (via cookingfor2.com)
