Sea salt is an important part of any cook’s pantry. This is one of my favorite varieties. It looks beautiful and its taste is unique. Red sea salt is harvested in the Hawaiian Islands and is made red by its content of volcanic red clay. Its slightly sweeter taste is especially good on sweet potatoes and all your fall fovorites.
