This machine is a very high quality training tool that has allowed me to get more fit than ever for Kayaking and for canoe paddling, as i do both for racing and fitness. Mine has worked perfectly for over 2 years and heavy use. Worth every penny as it has saved me much time and money - for winter training, but also during warm months when it is so difficult to get the boat in the water due to lack of time during work days.
