We found Tazlab at the 2006 Wiggle Waggle Walk at the Pasadena Rose Bowl. The owners were awesome (always a plus) and most helpful in demonstrating their collars and leashes.
The collars are described as safety stretch collars that "stretches when it's not clipped with a leash, allowing dogs to slip free in potentially life-threatening situations" which is great for when your dog panics and tries to escape which can often end up with dogs choking, strangling and unfortunately killing themselves when snagging their collars.
The collars and leash come in fabulous single and dual-color themes and can be accessorized with a flashing red light for nighttime safety and a white light for night-time vision. Really helpful for you when you drop something in the dark and need a light to help look for it. The leash can be wrapped around your waist like a belt - easy to walk the dog AND talk on your phone, and listen to your Ipod without getting entangled.
Why I like it: The collar has lasted our mid/large sized active Husky a year and she hasn't been able to escape from our clutches while on or off leash by pulling. Also the wear and tear has been minimal. Also the colors are modern and bright! The best collar ever!
Why I'm meh about it: The leash lasted about 4 months until the dog chomped on it. But I'm hoping they thicken the leash so that it will be more of a challenge.
