La Caja China
We've roasted a pig in 3 hours and a turkey for Thanksgiving as well as multiple pork butts, whole salmon and chickens at once in the Caja China. Our backyard is like Old MacDonald's farm since this crazy BBQ box arrived... except you can bet the critters aren't making here-an-oink/there-an-oink/everywhere-an-oink-oink sounds anymore. Meat is always ultramoist because the box is closed during cooking. We usually find ourselves congregating around the hot coals as if they were a fire pit to enjoy a digestif. Toasty!
