Patent leather is flashy, and adds a great element to any shoe or bag. I like these orange stiletto heels by Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti. They're super-strappy, and super high (measuring in at 5-inches - WOW!), and would look super cute with a mini dress, wide-leg pants, or even with opaque black or grey tights.
Each ankle strap has enameled buckle, and these shoes feature fully padded insoles.

I don't know what it is about this style but it speaks to me. I realized that I recommended it in white (with elastic straps) in the past as well.
