I sometimes think that ankle boots look kind of weird because they're just... awkward heights. It can be a severe transition between shoe and leg. I love these shoes because they are a nice compromise between shoe and boot. They're ankle boots that prepare the eye (through peeks of skin) for the leg that's about to follow. These would look great with a cute dress, skirt, or capri/short pants. Love them. Get them.
