The dark roast raises peanut butter to a new level of wonderful.

I've had a peanut butter addiction for pretty much all my life. I love the stuff and eat a little just about every day.

I long ago adopted the more natural type of peanut butters where you have to stir to recombine the peanuts and oil, then refrigerate. The upside is that they taste fresher and the oil doesn't go rancid as those in most traditional peanut butters do shortly after opening.

Organic seems like a good idea of course, though I'm not sure peanuts pick up a lot of pesticides or anything else-- haven't done the research.

But this dark roast-- my, oh my. The peanuty goodness is unmatched.
