For those of you who avoid the stability ball with the ever popular, "I might pop it" excuse, that's not gonna fly anymore. And as a trainer, I can't tell you how happy it makes me that I won't have to listen to that anymore.
The Power VersaBall is burst resistant up to 2000 lbs. That's one ton!
It also has a static weight limit of 4,000 lbs, 2 tons. So you can use it in place of your traditional weight bench and train your core stability while lifting.
The ball inflates from 55 cm to 75 cm to accommodate most body sizes. It's made of strong pliable PVC, and it deflates slowly if it get punctured. It won't explode, phew! A tape measure is included to ensure proper inflation.
