I've tried a few kinds of fitness gloves, and I like these Harbinger FlexFit gym gloves the best. They give enough skin protection so that my fingers and palms don't look like crap after a few workouts lifting barbells and dumbbells, while being thin and lightweight and the same time. I also prefer fitness gloves without the wrist wraps, because it keeps wrists stronger, and your hands don't smell like feet after a workout (which frequently used to be the case when I was using wrist wrap weightlifting gloves).
