Heavy-duty roaster that is just the right size for multiple uses (ham, roast, chicken, small turkey). I chose nonstick for easy grease cleaning. I use this mostly for chicken (on a rack, as in image), so the nonstick does not affect the outcome. Stainless exterior is durable and cleans easily. Aluminum interior distributes heat evenly (great heat conductor). The quality is so great, this roaster will last you a lifetime.

We don't roast too often, but now that we're building a new life together, we plan to throw more dinner parties for special occasions. This roaster will be a good start for us because it is a basic that will cover lots of roasting requirements.
