The money tree is one of my favorite gifts. It is easy to grow and maintain, so even my non-green thumb friends can keep this one alive. Great for any occasion, and works well as a corporate gift to wish your client "prosperity" for the new year, or as a Lunar New Year gift.

It does come with a story card telling how the plant got is name - From a legend how the discovery of this resilient plant turned a poor Taiwanese farmer into a wealthy entrepreneur.

My dad used to laugh and joke about a money tree - well, he can laugh no longer.
