This is the best pre-shampoo treatment out there! I like to leave it on longer than 15minutes (usually by accident though). I wet my hair, apply the balm, put on plastic shower cap (like the ones in hotels) and put a towel over the cap. This helps hold in heat and I feel it makes the balm sink in better.
You can use this as a leave-in conditioner but I have not yet found the right about that works. A little goes a long way!

Use this before your shampoo and get super glossy hair. Avocados are pretty much wonderful for anything. I'm going to make ice cream with avocados!
