These rings do it all for the bodyweight enthusiast! From pull-ups to suspended push-ups to inverted rows and challenging single leg exercises. You can’t find a better product that’s so versatile in apparatus. You can hang them from thick branches, poles, field goal posts, solid beams and more! These are a godsend with my clients on tour.

These are less expensive than some of the other suspension style workout equipment. They will enhance your body weight exercises by adding the element of instability. If you are looking to try something a little different, this is the thing.
And they are highly portable.
