a little bit of heaven from the Cowgirl Creamery of Point Reyes Station, California, this amazing triple cream is available at many Whole Foods and at great cheese stores in the US. It is simply amazing. 1st Prize winner at this year's American Cheese Society Competition. Also, all Cowgirl Creamery products are certified organic.
