Warm Goods makes an incredibly well made warming wrap. It's filled with flax seeds which when heating in the microwave for a minute gives off a pleasant moist heat for a long time. The wrap is quilted in such a way, so that the seeds don't all fall and gather at the end, they are evenly distributed throughout so that you can get the heat where you want it.
