as an urbanist living in the forth metropolis in the world, bikes are so precious not only for fun at the park but for utility. problem is to find out a utile bike: here it is!!! a cargo bike! now i can go shopping and run the dogs to the park without searching for a parking lot.

I recently restored an adult tricycle. Yes, an actual tricycle. A Schwinn, to be exact. And yes, people do point and laugh at me as I pass them. (For the record, by "restored" I mean that I bought it for $30 at an estate sale, cleaned it and inflated the tires).

Still. I did all of that WD40-ing for a noble purpose- to transport my 4-year-old son in the big back basket like a sack of turnips when riding with my older kids. It made sense at the time.

Then I saw this..... Now I don't wanna play with my trike no more. I don't wanna! This is infinitely cooler for all involved.

And yes, there is a black version if what you had in mind is something closer to filling the back with ice and making a beer run.
