This is a submersible made by Exomos. I didn't think they really exist, but I found this on CoolHunter's Xmas Gift List, which I thought was great. That's some gift! Info from Exomos...
A larger submersible, Discovery is configured for up to seven people, with an operating depth of 40 metres. On board are two video cameras, one in the periscope and one in the keel for downward vision. The Discovery is launchable from a trailer in less than four feet of water. (via CoolHunter.net)
