  Currently, Albertus Swanepoel has a collection of hats at Barneys New York as well as another collection being shown alongside designs by Chris Clyne, Balenciaga, Madame Suzy and Caroline Reboux, Philip Treacy and Patricia Underwood at the Bard Graduate Center's "Hats: An Anthology by Stephen Jones." No average milliner he. But, lucky for gift-givers and millinery buffs, Mr. Swanepoel also has a smart-looking bevy of his chapeaux available at Target stores and Target.com. I am loving the "Kwele," in keeping with this season's adoration of animal prints.
