I absolutely adore those cute little velvet shorts. And actually own a pair in white, that's been in my closet for an eternity it seems. and I only wore them underneath my dresses. And now, I have got to thank you for giving me the recommendation to wear them "out" and make them look even more spiced up by wearing a chunky heal with an ankle strap. Love it!
