I grew up in the Bay Area. The best gift you could give anyone was a box of nuts and chews from See's candy. It's a Bay Area holiday tradition.

Summertime favorite. All though it might melt the chocolate I go for the Cafe Latte lolipops!

See's candy first made in California makes it a special home town treat. There is something there for everyone. It is located at every mall making getting it an easy process. The Japanesse love it so if you know someone in Japan it's a great bardering tool. If you've never had see's then you're not living. These candies make a frequent appearence at every family gathering. I promise by the ebd of the day the whole box, bar, or bag will be gone.

This is the ***Best*** chocolate candy in the world. Taste is personal - and I've had chocolates from all over the world from low to high price points, and See's remains my favorite - not too sweet and just a tad salty.
