I just got my motorcycle license and am in the market for a new bike. This one is definitely on my wishlist. I hear that it's a good starter bike. I'd get it in the matte black though. However, I think I'll wait a year or so til I really get some miles under my belt.

I bought a Monster 695 a month ago and absolutely love it. My girlfriend and I are both brand new to riding and this has proven to be a great starter bike. We have quickly learned that the only downside to this bike is riding as a passenger - it's not very comfortable for any trip over 25 miles. Now, we have the fun dilemma of getting another Ducati!!!
