"Pyramid" is one of the best known brands for spices in Israel, and they produce good and tasty herb seasoning. Za'atar is a mixture featuring toasted sesame seed, marjory and hyssop and salt foremost, and it's a must on yoghurt fresh cheese and in salads. I always feel my spice shelf is incomplete when I'm running out of za'atar.
