For all that kitchen waste that would normally end up in the landfill in a plastic bag that takes god-only-knows how many centuries to break down.
Throw in your yard waste like leaves & clippings, etc. and in a few weeks you've got fresh compost to enrich your soil and make your plants happy campers.
