I have had a Blackberry for like 6 years. I first had the orignail Mobitex paging BB when it first came out. I then upgrared to the blue 8700. I have had the 7100g (the clunky predecessor to the Pearl) for 2 1/2 years. I have been waiting for the Blackberry that has all the functionality of BB, but also brings in the consumer data phone services. It has finally arrived! I am 4 days in, but so far it rocks. The lightweight package is slick and feels great in the hand. The full keyboard is a welcome relief from the limited 20 key setup. The camera is very solid, and the display is crisp. This kills the Pearl and is a little more slick than the 8800.

I’ve got to stay in touch with everyone back home in New York, especially my BFF, Monika, who likes to know who is lunching (or pretending to lunch) at the Ivy. Everyone is having a fan-boy moment over Apple’s iPhone, but for a heavy-duty email user like me, a QWERTY keyboard is sexier than a touchscreen.

If you're still using the Zak Berry, I would advise you to try out a new model that is small and thin. The Rigmas are never coming back, deal with it.

Simply the best! BB has been making smart phones for a while now and the curve is truly the best one out there. In comparison of the iphone, the BB is WAY cheaper to have in terms of service and up keep. I would recomend this for anyone who needs a smart phone or who is just as addicted to email as the rest of us! Get it!!!

Camera, web surfing, apps work well (google maps, gmail, viigo newsreader, hold 'em king 2, etc.), video player, music player, super small and light but w/ full keyboard. Best Blackberry yet.

Speaking of double-duty products, I love my Blackberry Curve. In deciding between this or an iPhone, I chose the Curve for its instantly updating email and IM, QWERTY keyboard, camera, compact size, and price. It's all a busy working mom needs.

RIM continues to impress us with new berries. The curve with the built in camera and gps is a huge step for RIM because they have kept the gadget factor down and gone for reliability but they waited until they could perfect it.

This was a Christmas present five months ago, and I haven't put it down since. If you are always on the go, things to do, people to see, no time to check your email before you leave but it's crucial- this is what you want. I can even check in to my flights on the road using the web-browser. Talk to your friends with blackberries using the BlackBerryMessenger application. This product is amazing. Great for busy people, college students, those who need to always be in touch.

I love this phone! It's my first blackberry so I can' t really compare it to other blackberry models; I just love how I have access to Google talk and how it's pretty thin and just easy to use with the trackball in the middle. I personally like it better than the iphone just because you can actually feel that you are typing out the letters as opposed to typing on the screen. I did run into problems when installing it on my work computer, but since then It's been great! I LOVE MY BERRY!

I don't know how I lived without my Curve for so long... it feels like I'm finally out of the dark ages ;) I especially love some of the great applications like Google Maps and Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=2254487659&ref=s

I had the Curve just before I transitioned to the iPhone and had no complaints whatsoever. RIM did a good job of adding the right amount of bells and whistles to make this give some form and fun to the Blackberry's historically solid functionality. It's a very light smartphone that fits well in the palm of your hand. Though the interface may not be as dynamic as the iPhone's, it makes sense and is suitable for the more serious cell phone user.

What did we do before the BlackBerry, anyway? I never leave home without mine, and how could I if I want to be constantly connected. If the thought of running a business from anywhere you want to sounds appealing at all, this is how you do it.
