I thought the days of the old fashioned pressure cookers was over, but apparently I was very wrong. Pressure Cooking is back and here to stay. This Fagor 5 Piece Pressure Cooker Set @surlatable.com, is the latest in technology! These aluminum pots cook food in minutes vs. hours, sealing in moisture and flavors. The set includes a 4 and 8 qt. pots, pressure cooker lid, steamer basket and trivet. Can be purchased for $139.95 (via surlatable.com)
