Great for biking or hiking! Camelbak makes hydration as easy as breathing (almost) with their comfortable water-holding backpacks. I use mine on hikes or long bike rides, or even if I'm going to an all day outdoors event where I don't want to carry my Klean Kanteen around.

The CamelBak is great if you're out where you don't have ready access to water, like on a trail. And it's alot easier than carrying around multiple water bottles if you're out for a run, or even a bike ride.
