Let's face it, silk is cold. Satin is cold. Every cute holiday dress turns into an air conditioner the moment you step outside almost frost biting your skin. Every dress except perhaps this cashmere ball gown. It's red which is great for the holiday party circuit. It's cashmere which means it has to be a) warm and b) comfortable and it has tulle which gives it body in the skirt. I'd love to try this for this holiday season and banish the frozen cloth to usage in the warmer months.

A full length gown in cashmere...can you think of ANYTHING more luxurious? This is the kind of dress you could wear to a formal event AND a casual get together. It's understated enough that the volume of cashmere doesn't seem overwhelming. Plus, it comes in a gorgeous holiday red.
