The Trader Joe's Flax Chips have more protein than regular chips and still taste really good. Plus, they hold up to a thick salsa very well.

Well, besides the fact that they have the best chocolate, the rest of their food is just the best around. Plus they use organic stuff and natural ingredients in most of the products. You are what you eat.

What's not to love? I realize everyone knows about TJ's, but I feel the need to expound upon my long-time devotion to a store that continues to grow in my esteem, be it ever so humble. They are just. that. good. Low prices, organic food, thoughtful approaches to their marketing techniques, friendly empoyees; it doesn't get any better than that.

The Trader Joe's Jumbo Raisin Medley has huge raisins that are jucier than normal raisins. Very snackable or mix in with cereal or recipes. I think the secret is that they just don't dry them out as much. I wonder what other dried fruit would be bigger and better this way.

I'm a frequent Trader Joe's shopper for their private label nuts. Their almonds and cashews are the tastiest, most reasonably priced nuts I've found. They also sell good breads, pitas, vitamins and lots of other goods at fair prices. They have many organic varieties as well. Go Joe!

It’s so easy to pop in to Trader Joe's in order to pick up one or two items, and come out with several bags of stuff. Love their whole coffee beans. And their frozen fruit (where else can you find chunks of frozen mango?!) is great for homemade smoothies. And their cream-filled cookies, especially the vanilla ones, are tremendous.

Since I live about 4 hours from a Trader Joe's, I haven't been able to take advantage of it's full capacity. But from what items I have purchased on my limited visits as well as the acclaim it has been given by my closest friends, I can appreciate what this store represents and offers to its customers. Great portions and selection, fresh foods, healthy alternatives, diversity, yum! I only wish one would open in sunny State College, PA!

Once you've tasted any number of quality Traders Joe's foods, you're spoiled and can't go back to generic mega-lo mart offerings. There's at least one item an aisle to get addicted to, and the buyers really work hard to only stock excellence.

This grocery is smaller than a lot of the huge chain stores. They offer a wide variety of healthy, organic, and fresh foods. They also have take-out foods pre-prepared if you don't feel like cooking. It is a little pricier than other chain stores, but getting all natural soda makes me feel better about myself :)

How can you not love Trader Joe's? They make me happy. One piece of advice, if you go on the weekend, don't be in a hurry - it's a recipe for much frustration. I've seen grown men cry when samples of philo-wrapped shrimp have run out. I've thrown many a superbowl party catered in large part by TJ and co and soon, oh so soon, there will be one within walking distance *sigh*

Two Buck Chuck! While I am pretty particular about the wine I consume, i have to recommend 2 varietals from the Charles Shaw winery. First, the Cabernet Sauvignon. It has a very narrow window of temperature (as it's warming) where it really tastes just fantastic. The dry berry accents are quite enjoyable. Second, the Sauvignon Blanc. It's fresh, fruity - and certainly worth the 2 dollars! Lastly, the Beaujolais nouveau (seasonal), is excellent served a little on the cool side. *let's keep in mind that it is $2... I use the Chuck to balance out my weekly wine habit, and it does just the trick! *also... i'm really not big on the Merlot (tastes like pickles to me), or the Chardonnay (reminiscent of cardboard)

This is the best grocery store bar none. Their food selection is great, their prepared foods including the frozen stuff is delicious, their prices are more reasonable than any supermarket chain and TONS cheaper than Whole foods. To top it off, the people there are actually knowledgable, friendly and proud of their store. Everyone I've recommended it to love going there and thank me everyday, we always compare the latest and greatest food we find there. Trying new things is no longer scarry cause everything is tastes good. I almost don't want to say stuff about it cause I don't want it to get too big. But if you haven't gone, you should check it out.

This is bar none the best grocery store you could ever go to. It has all the essentials for a economic, healthy, organic lifestyle, and then some. Best of all, it's cheap enough for a college student to shop at. I love Whole Foods for it's selection, but boy, that can really put a dent in my food fund. Trader Joe's also has some really surprising stuff, like their gourmet frozen foods, good bread, nice plants, $2 boxes of tea, and $2 bottles of wine (2 buck chuck, anyone?). Staff's always nice too. Plus, if you bring your own bags, they enter you into a raffle for some free groceries. We need more of these, everywhere

Trader Joes has a pretty good selection of frozen foods - they are usually unique and not your normal fare. Their juice is usually well priced too. The store's goal was to give people the opportunity to buy the exotic flavors they had while abroad. It does an okay job at it. I'd say 7.5/10
