I've never liked the typical hanging flower pot. Usually plastic. Typically modeled after a traditional / classic pottery design. The look never comes off right. Always fake, very contrived.

Plantorb is neither contrived or fake. The form is clean, simple and familiar. Seeing it from below must be interesting though I would love to see a small patch of herbs suspended above a kitchen counter - ready for picking.

i'm in love. this is exactly what a hanging planter should be, simple and functional, well-made and willing to let the greenery be the visual focus. i can see little hanging succulent mini-scapes, an idea that is quickly growing on me.
