The ASICS Gel-Kayano is my fave running shoe, and it will be especially great for the runs I plan to take in the crisp fall weather. They are a little pricey, but featherweight for jogging. I am also going through an orange stage, so the color is an added perk.

As a life long runner and a fitness trainer for 20 years, it is not surprising that shoes are very important to me. I honestly think I’ve tried them all, and finally I found the perfect shoe for me. It’s the Asics Gel-Kayano. It is unbeatable in comfort and support. Whether I’m doing track intervals, an easy 5-miler or standing all day in the gym, this is my shoe of choice and the one I recommend to all of my clients.

Just recovering from foot surgery and was recommended this type of shoe. I'm a green freak ... not so sure about the orange. I have heard real good things about the brand.
