I have been looking for years for a pair of girls or now i should say women's saddle shoes and i am a man but I remember the cheer leaders in our school always looked so nice and clean and when i think of the fifties what do you think of? not sweaters not skirts even though they were combined with saddle shoes you almost automatically say saddle shoes, and now i have two pairs sitting on my mantle
to remind me of the fifties and those beautiful cheer leaders

I am wearing my saddle shoes now that I picked up at a garage sale years back, and I CONSTANTLY get comments on them.... "Oh I used to wear those to school" "Can you still buy them?" "Are they making a come back?" I love them and plan on buying some in more colors :o)
