THIS IS GREAT. This device can be used to do all of your traditional back and cable exdercises but it gives you a freer/greater range of motion. As we know, instability is great for more extensively challenging your muscles.

The handgrips on this bar swivel and rotate. Your hands aren't locked into a fixed postion while you're lifting. They are free to move in manners that are natural to your personal movement pattern. The bar is also adjustable to 3 different widths. Essentially, it takes the place of 8 traditional cable attachments.
