Method Window + Glass Microfiber Cloths are going to be my new best friend in 2007. Since using the cloths splits fibers, the cloths actually get stronger with each reuse. Which is fabulous, since every mirror in my house appears to gather dust at a near-magical rate. (via Treehugger)

Such a great product. I used to always opt for paper towels when cleaning my windows or mirrors because my dish towels left residue. These leave no residue, are re-usable, and get stronger each time you use them! So much better than wasting paper towels (usually from virgin trees) on a dirty mirror!

I decided to clean my windows with this after construction was done outside my building––they were seriously dirty. When I was finished, the cloth horrified me. I thought it was going to remain a shade of dark gray for all eternity, but all the dirt came out immediately in water. Of course the cloth's cleaning power is amazing, that goes without saying.

I asked a hotel housekeeper once what her secret was to get the rooms so clean, so quickly. She said it was all microfiber. Microfiber towels are literally millions of microscopic fibers that grip on to dirt and bacteria. Instead of pushing dirt around (like paper towels do), these towels soak it up and get almost every type of surface squeaky clean, quickly. Best part? They are machine washable, so you can use them over and over and over.

It saves on paper towels which helps the environment and saves you money which always helps... just because ;)
