I loved my PowerBlock dumbbells. I sold them when I got rid of my home gym, and I've regretted it ever since. Exteremely easy to use, and a great space saver for your home gym. The pair PowerBlocks pictured each adjust from 5 to 45 pounds, in 5 pound increments. But, you can expand up to 130 pounds each, if you want. To get the same amount in traditional dumbbells you would need 37 pairs of dumbbells. You can do your entire workout with these dumbbells. And they are perfect for a home gym in a limited space.

Each of these dumbells has a maximum weight of 45 pounds. This PowerBlock Personal Dumbbell set adjusts from 5-45 lbs in 5 lb increments (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 lbs) in each hand. This is a good piece of equipment to have at home because it allows you to work your weakest and strongest body parts.

For example, I would use these dumbbells to do lunges and single legged squats.

My best friends for traveling. They’re the originals and still the toughest adjustable dumbbells on the block…no pun intended. Make sure you a grab the elite set. From there the only limiting factor is your dedication and desire to succeed!
