This t-shirt is one of my earlier designs and I used to sell it in my Japan based store as it is based on the Great Buddha of Kamakura. It is also one of my more popular designs and I suspect the reason is that the Buddha is a symbol for peace and in today's international political climate that is what most people are hoping for.
