Thera-Band soft weights were created as a soft, grip-free weight system. Soft weights are all 4.5" in diameter and range from .5 kg to 3 kg (about 1 to 6.5 lbs) in weight.
The surface is pliable so it's easy to hold and encourages development of functional grip strength. They can be used in place of dumbbells for a variety of exercises.
